On September 4th, the primary outcomes for the Lumbar Imaging with Reporting of Epidemiology (LIRE) Trial were published in JAMA Network Open. This research was supported in part by the CLEAR center and sought to investigate the question “What is the impact of including benchmark prevalence data of common findings in reports of spinal imaging ordered by primary care clinicians?”.
