Congratulations to Dr. Chethan Jujjavarapu on his recent successful PhD defense and publication. As a member of Dr. Sean Mooney’s lab (CLEAR Center Associate Director of the Methodologic Core), Dr. Jujjavarapu applied machine learning techniques, like Natural Language Processing or NLP, to health data in order to characterize patients with lower back pain and predict their clinical outcomes.
